Summary: Came to Seattle for a wedding. Stayed elsewhere the first night and was a nightmare and felt completely unsafe. Next day immediately, came here and felt so welcome by Bernadette and Jake. They were fantastic and were a blessing and helped make us feel so much safer in our new home for weekend. This experience has made me a Hilton member for life now!
